We are looking for HR Manager.

Position Title: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Director / Senior Management
Location: Jalandhar

Role Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. The role involves strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, and smooth functioning of all HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in HR / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
  • Minimum [X years] of experience in HR management (preferably in healthcare/hospital setup).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite.
