HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our hotel and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, training, compliance, and building a positive workplace culture that supports excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel, restaurant, and support staff
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs
• Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and safety regulations
• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employer–employee relations
• Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development plans
• Maintain HR records and generate periodic reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience (hospitality industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESI compliance, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts professionally
• Proficiency in HR software, MS Excel, and payroll systems
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,203.49 - ₹35,000.00 per month
