Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue management, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain efficiency and morale.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA Or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, .

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in hotel operations
