Responsibilities:

● Inbound Calls: Manage client inquiries, provide service information, and coordinate

with internal teams.

● Recruitment: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain a

talent database.

● Admin Tasks: Oversee daily office operations and prepare management reports.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

● 1-2 years’ experience is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are

welcome).

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

● Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is mandatory for speaking.
