Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai at Ventures Advertising. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Should be able to contribute independently and able to work as a team

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
