Now Hiring: Senior HR Manager

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to lead people strategy, strengthen culture, and drive business growth across multiple locations. If you are a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in HR operations, this role is for you!

Location: Mohali (Sec 70) & Panchkula (20)

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

Requirements:

5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws & HR best practices

Proven expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management

Ability to design and implement HR policies & frameworks for growth

Experience in multi-unit / franchise / hospitality / retail setups is a plus

Excellent leadership, communication & people management skills
