HR Manager — Job Summary

  • Hands-on HR Manager reporting to the Director.
  • Work closely with internal teams; understand business needs and allocate HR tasks accordingly.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding and training for crew and shore staff; keep HR systems and crew records up to date.
  • Step into operational roles temporarily when staff are on leave to ensure continuity.
  • Strong operational knowledge of crewing and ship-shore processes to make quick, practical decisions.
  • Coordinate with clients and manning agents when required; act as the main point of contact.
  • Respond quickly to seafarer requirements — source and place qualified seafarers for urgent needs.
  • Quickly understand maritime rules & regulations and implement them where required to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Monitor and report daily/weekly/monthly on crew availability, certifications, rotations, replacements and risks to the Director.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, active listening, clear communication and team coaching.
  • Resolve employee issues promptly and continuously improve HR processes.

Job Types: फ़ुल-टाइम, स्थायी

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
