As an HR Manager, we require you to oversee all employee-related functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, foster a positive company culture, manage employee relations, and act as a key link between management and staff.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, sourcing talent, and facilitating new employee integration.
- Training & Development: Planning and implementing programs to improve employee skills and support career growth.
- Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems to ensure peak employee performance.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administering and managing employee benefits programs and payroll.
- Employee Relations: Addressing workplace conflicts, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and internal company policies.
- Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and workforce needs.
- Culture & Engagement: Driving initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture.
- Reporting: Analyzing HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
