About the Role:

Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance in our Bhopal office.

Important: Only candidates from Siliguri, Sikkim, Nepal, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh who are willing to relocate to Bhopal should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle)
• Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
• Handle employee relations, grievance & conflict resolution
• Drive performance management and employee development
• Lead employee engagement, training & retention programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
• Align HR strategy with business goals

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• 3–6 years of HR experience (Managerial / Sr. Executive role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and HRMS systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
• Must be from Siliguri, Sikkim, Nepal, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, or Arunachal Pradesh and willing to relocate to Bhopal
