HR Manager

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle all HR functions across our ventures. This role is hands-on and covers recruitment, payroll, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees
• Prepare and manage salary sheets, increments, and benefits
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Support performance management, appraisals, and training initiatives
• Maintain employee records and HR reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience across multiple business units or ventures
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labor laws
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
