• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed.
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate with all departments for smooth HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and labour laws.
• Candidate should have strong communication skills and be fluent in Kannada.
• Minimum experience required : 5 years
