HR Manager

An established IT company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 5–6 years of international experience to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven HR professional with a strong background in international HR practices. Candidates with experience in the MENA and Southeast Asia markets will be given priority.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various technology platforms in international markets
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Ensure consistent engagement with candidates across all platforms
  • Maintain recruitment standards in collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment and hiring process
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on HR activities and performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record in international HR
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local and international HR trends
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Previous experience working in an international IT organization with global hiring exposure
  • Proven ability to manage requisitions across multiple regions, especially in MENA and Southeast Asia
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
