Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
- Build and maintain a positive company culture focused on respect, inclusivity, and performance.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Promote open communication between employees and management.
Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting and tracking goals for their teams.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and salary reviews.
- Benchmark compensation to ensure competitiveness.
- Recommend and implement employee rewards and recognition programs.
Policy & Compliance:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations.
HR Strategy & Analytics:
- Provide insights and reports on HR metrics (turnover, engagement, etc.).
- Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR legislation, practices, and systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of MS Office and Tally strongly preferred
