HR Manager

India

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:

  • Build and maintain a positive company culture focused on respect, inclusivity, and performance.
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Promote open communication between employees and management.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting and tracking goals for their teams.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and salary reviews.
  • Benchmark compensation to ensure competitiveness.
  • Recommend and implement employee rewards and recognition programs.

Policy & Compliance:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations.

HR Strategy & Analytics:

  • Provide insights and reports on HR metrics (turnover, engagement, etc.).
  • Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR legislation, practices, and systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Knowledge of MS Office and Tally strongly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
