Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting top-tier talent, building a high-performance culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique expectations and operational demands of the luxury service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

o Lead end-to-end recruitment for chauffeurs, operations staff, customer service, and executive roles.

o Source and attract high-caliber talent with a luxury service mindset.

  • Onboarding & Training:

o Design and implement onboarding programs tailored to high-end service standards.

o Conduct ongoing training programs in customer service excellence, luxury etiquette, and safety protocols.

  • Employee Relations:

o Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects luxury brand values.

o Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with discretion and professionalism.

  • Performance Management:

o Develop and manage KPIs and performance review systems aligned with business goals.

o Coach managers and staff to support growth and accountability.

  • HR Policy & Compliance:

o Ensure compliance with local labor laws and luxury industry standards.

o Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

  • Compensation & Benefits:

o Manage payroll processes and compensation strategies.

o Evaluate and enhance benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

  • HR Reporting & Analytics:

o Generate HR metrics and reports for senior management.

o Use data to inform workforce planning and development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in limousine services, and luxury brand services.
  • Proven knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the UAE.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with VIP clientele-focused teams.
  • Understanding of fleet operations or chauffeur services is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
