Job description

The HR Manager will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes and fosters a positive, productive work environment aligned with company culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training, and wellness programs.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Implement HR policies in line with company standards and legal compliance.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with accounts.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support managers in goal-setting and employee development planning.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant workshops or skill sessions.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics).
  • Support HR audits and ensure timely renewal of employment-related documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
