HR & Office Administration Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Office Administration Manager to oversee all HR functions, employee relations, office administration, and workplace engagement activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, manage HR policies, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Employee Management:

- End-to-end recruitment: preparing JD, advertising job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting hiring calls.

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including collecting legal documents and ID proofs.

- Maintain HR records: attendance, leaves, employee information (Aadhar, PAN, contracts).

- Implement workplace policies: anti-harassment, safety, and HR compliance.

- Process salary-related documentation: hikes, appraisals, experience letters, and authorized signatory management.

- Conduct training for new employees and facilitate team-building activities.

- Organize employee engagement initiatives: appreciation emails, Employee of the Month, birthdays, anniversaries, and incentive programs.

- Conduct quarterly feedback surveys (Red, Green, Yellow) and manage incentive/bonus distributions (October & March).

- Resolve employee issues and disagreements, maintaining healthy employee relations.

- Maintain discipline and ensure office decorum.

Office Administration:

- Daily office operations: cleaning check, grocery check, daily camera check, and office security.

- Manage office infrastructure: seating arrangements, meeting room bookings, office keys, and authorized signatories.

- Event planning and management, including celebrations, corporate events, and team activities.

- Budget monitoring, expense approvals, and reimbursements.

- Communication with staff regarding office activities via messages and emails.

Management Support:

- Provide HR and administrative support to management.

- Assist in monitoring office budgets and resource allocation.

- One-to-one interactions with employees and management to understand concerns and provide guidance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in HR and office administration.

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mediate conflicts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
