Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and staffing: Overseeing the entire hiring process, from attracting candidates to onboarding new employees.
  • Policy development: Creating, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Compensation and benefits: Managing payroll, salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits programs like health insurance.
  • Employee relations: Serving as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts, and mediating disputes.
  • Performance management: Supporting the performance review process, developing training programs, and creating initiatives to improve employee performance and experience.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with federal and state labor laws and regulations.
  • Strategic planning: Collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Employee engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.

Salary: PKR 80000+ commission

Timing: 06:00 pm to 3:00 am [night shift]

Education and Experience:

BBA with 2 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs800,000.00 per month
