Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

Performance Management

  • Implement appraisal systems and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.

Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Supervise monthly payroll processing and leave management.
  • Monitor attendance systems and ensure timely salary disbursement.

HR Policies & Documentation

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.

Admin & Safety Coordination

  • Oversee general administration and factory HR operations.
  • Support HR audits, safety, and welfare activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,762.77 - ₹70,010.75 per month
