The HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational goals through effective people management. This role involves recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source, screen, and hire candidates for various positions.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Payroll & Attendance Management
  • Ensure accurate attendance tracking and salary processing.
  • Handle deductions, advances, and statutory contributions.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure adherence to labour laws.
  • Coordinate with authorities for EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and POSH compliance.
  • Performance Management
  • Support appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
  • HR Administration
  • Manage HR records, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Team Handling

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA in HR or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediately joiner prepared
