HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, HR policy implementation, and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Monitor employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Prepare HR reports for management and support strategic planning.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and uphold organizational values.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of relevant HR experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 130k – based on experience
