HR Manager

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR initiatives.

Talent Acquisition:Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Develop and maintain effective recruitment and onboarding processes.

Employee Relations:Manage employee relations, address grievances, and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management:Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development.

Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Conduct salary surveys to benchmark the organization's pay structure.

HR Policies and Compliance:Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Employee Engagement:Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct employee surveys and implement feedback mechanisms.

HR Analytics:Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Health and Safety:Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and monitoring health and safety policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification may be preferred.
  • Several years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
