HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Maintain HR records and reports as required.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
