We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions of our client.
Timings: 3 pm to 12 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
- Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Conduct training and development programs
- Lead performance appraisal and feedback systems
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support management with workforce planning and organizational development
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
