HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions of our client.

Timings: 3 pm to 12 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
  • Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Conduct training and development programs
  • Lead performance appraisal and feedback systems
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support management with workforce planning and organizational development
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
