Job Summary

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting daily human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures a positive work environment and contributes to organizational effectiveness by managing people-related processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and career development initiatives.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and workplace events.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or administrative roles (1–3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
