We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
· Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
· Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
· Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs
· Maintain HR records and reports
· Coordinate training and development initiatives
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
· 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in garments/manufacturing)
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in HRIS / ERP systems
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Ability to work under pressure
