Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple business units.

Oversee recruitment operations, onboarding, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.

Develop, implement, and monitor structured performance management systems, including KPIs, annual appraisals, and mid-year reviews.

Ensure consistent execution of employee evaluation cycles and calibration processes.

Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation structures in alignment with internal policies.

Supervise HR policies, procedures, and SOP implementation to ensure operational standardization.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.

Oversee employee records management, HRIS systems, and data accuracy.

Monitor HR metrics and dashboards to drive operational decision-making.

Manage employee relations cases with structured documentation and resolution frameworks.
-
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in an HR Operations leadership role.

Proven experience managing large HR teams within multi-entity or group structures.

Strong technical knowledge of:

Performance management systems and KPI frameworks

HRIS platforms and digital HR systems

Payroll processes and compensation structures
-
Labor law compliance and regulatory governance

Demonstrated ability to build and implement HR policies, SOPs, and operational workflows

Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and data-driven decision making.

Experience handling organizational scale, restructuring, or transformation projects

High level of accuracy, process orientation, and operational discipline
