HR Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage human resources across multiple businesses including specialty coffee retail, distribution, and real estate.

This role requires someone who can build HR systems, manage hiring at scale, and create strong company culture across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Hire for:
  • Baristas, servers, managers (Luna Coffee)
  • Sales & B2B team (Coffee Cartel)
  • Admin & sales staff (Fatani Estate)
  • Build hiring pipelines and reduce dependency on ad-hoc hiring
  • Manage interviews and onboarding process

2. HR Systems & Policies

  • Develop HR SOPs (attendance, leaves, discipline, etc.)
  • Implement or manage your ERP HR module / QuickBooks payroll integration
  • Create employee contracts, NDAs, policies

3. Performance Management

  • Set KPIs for:
  • Café staff (sales, service quality)
  • Distribution team (targets, client acquisition)
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Design incentive structures

4. Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage salaries, bonuses, deductions
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws
  • Handle tax documentation, employee records

5. Culture & Retention

  • Reduce staff turnover (especially baristas — big issue in PK market)
  • Create training programs
  • Employee engagement initiatives

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–6+ years HR experience
  • Experience in retail / F&B / distribution preferred
  • Strong in recruitment + systems building (not just admin HR)
  • Comfortable managing multiple companies under one structure
  • Knows HR software / ERP / payroll systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 5 years (Preferred)
