HR Manager

Location: Gajjumata, Ferozepur Road, Lahore

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes while ensuring a smooth and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, queries, and disciplinary matters
• Maintain HR policies and ensure implementation
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
• Support performance management and employee evaluations
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 3–5 years of HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of HR practices and policies
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Skills:

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage HR operations
• Strong organizational skills
