HR Manager

Job Summary

Cryo Health Clinic UAE is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee HR and administrative operations across all company branches in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience within the healthcare sector and strong knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing, regulatory compliance, and staff management processes.

Candidates with a valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel between emirates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee HR operations across all Cryo UAE branches

Manage employee relations, staff performance, disciplinary procedures, and performance evaluations

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation

Handle administrative and operational HR duties

Manage DHA and DOH healthcare professional licensing processes

Coordinate DataFlow, renewals, and licensing documentation

Support and coordinate DOH audit requirements and compliance procedures

Liaise with government authorities and perform PRO-related activities when required

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation

Support management in policy implementation and operational planning

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE healthcare sector

Experience handling DHA and DOH licensing processes is mandatory

Knowledge of UAE labor law and healthcare compliance standards

Experience with healthcare audits and regulatory coordination preferred

Ability to manage multiple branches and coordinate inter-emirate operations

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
