HR Manager – Call Centre Operations Location: Maadi, Cairo | Full-time | On-site Reports to: Head of People --- About Taager.com Taager.com is Egypt’s leading B2B eCommerce platform, empowering online merchants and social sellers to start and scale their businesses seamlessly. We’re shaping the future of digital commerce in Egypt and the MENA region, and we’re looking for passionate talent to join our fast-growing team. --- Role Overview The HR Manager – Call Centre Management will oversee HR operations for Taager.com’s call centre, acting as the on-site authority for employee relations, compliance, and workflow stability. You will ensure that policies are enforced, productivity is optimized, and staff are supported while serving as the primary HR contact for the call centre. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Compliance & Culture Build and manage systems for complaints, harassment prevention, performance management, and asset control. Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture across all call centre teams. 2. Training & Enablement Deliver training to team leaders and agents on HR systems, compliance standards, and workplace conduct. Ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to meet performance goals. 3. SOPs & Governance Define, document, and implement clear SOPs for internal call centre operations. Streamline decision-making by setting clear escalation channels and workflows. 4. Employee Relations Authority Act as the HR authority on-site, managing all employee relations matters with fairness and professionalism. Provide direct support and guidance to leadership and employees on sensitive HR issues. --- Requirements Proven HR management experience, ideally within a call centre or high-volume operations environment. Strong expertise in employee relations, compliance frameworks, and SOP implementation. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and training facilitation skills.
