Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking HR Manager with 15+ years of progressive HR leadership in healthcare and corporate holdings environments. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of UAE labour laws, a proven ability to operate at the corporate/board level, and hands-on expertise in managing HR within diverse business portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development across healthcare and holdings entities.
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and Emiratization initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies, compensation structures, and employee engagement programs aligned with group objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE labour law, DOH/MOHRE regulations, and healthcare HR requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership and business unit heads to align HR initiatives with corporate growth strategies.
- Drive change management, digital HR transformation, and leadership development programs.
- Prepare and present HR reports, KPIs, and dashboards to the board and senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6–8 years in a corporate leadership role.
- Proven core HR experience in healthcare and holdings sectors.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law, DOH/MOH regulations, and GCC HR practices.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- HR certifications such as CIPD / SHRM preferred.
Preferred:
- Exposure to multinational healthcare groups and diversified corporate holdings.
- Track record of building HR frameworks across multi-entity organizations.
- Experience in HR automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
