HR Manager (DHA PHASE 5)

Job Title: HR Manager
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (experience with USA-based firms preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage human resource operations for our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of HR processes, payroll management, and employee relations within a U.S. business environment. This role demands strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Manage payroll processing and benefits administration using ADP HRS.
• Prepare, review, and maintain employee timesheets on both hourly and monthly bases.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with U.S. labor regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Collaborate with management and U.S.-based teams to ensure consistent HR communication and reporting.
• Support performance evaluations, employee retention initiatives, and workplace engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably with U.S.-based organizations.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) is required.
• Practical experience with ADP HRS and U.S. payroll systems.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
