Job Description: HR & Recruitment Manager

Position Title: HR & Recruitment Manager

Location: Islamabad (Full-time, Office-based)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to lead all aspects of hiring, employee management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must have proven experience hiring for senior-level positions, developing HR strategies, and managing company policies, payroll, and records.

This position is critical to ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent, keeps employees motivated, and maintains a structured, compliant, and performance-driven work environment.

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions, with a strong focus on senior and management-level roles.
  • Design and implement targeted hiring strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent.
  • Proactively source and shortlist candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess experience, communication, and cultural fit before forwarding shortlisted candidates to management.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with management while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to fulfill current and future hiring needs.
  • Evaluate candidate suitability through structured assessments and provide well-justified recommendations to management.
  • Track and analyze recruitment performance (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire) to continuously improve the hiring process.

2. HR Management & Recordkeeping

  • Maintain complete and organized HR records including:
  • Offer letters, contracts, terminations, and increment letters.
  • Payroll, bonuses, attendance, taxes, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Manage payroll and related accounting tasks (as the company does not have a dedicated finance department).
  • Handle employee data and confidential documents with the highest professionalism.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based HR reports for management review.

3. Policy & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that promote employee motivation, productivity, and retention.
  • Help the company create and enforce systems for performance evaluation, KPIs, and annual reviews.
  • Propose and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and align performance with company goals.
  • Support management in maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture.

4. HR Tools & Administrative Support

  • Use or manage HR management software such as PayPeople, Hubstaff, Deel, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain supporting HR-related financial records such as invoices, reimbursements, and expense summaries.
  • Take ownership of administrative and HR challenges and propose effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven HR and recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for senior and management-level positions.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, Pakistani labor laws, and income tax rules.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HR software.
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic organizational needs.
