HR Manager (Female/Arabic Speaking)

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Requirements:

  • Language: Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in Human Resources, preferably in the Wellness, Medical, or Healthcare sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of: UAE Labour Law, MOHAP/SHCC HR compliance, visa & licensing procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with healthcare and wellness regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and support the Employee Happiness Department initiatives.
  • Handle staff training, development, and career progression plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Sharjah Healthcare City & MOHAP HR requirements.
  • Coordinate with management on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
  • Drive employee engagement programs (team building, wellness initiatives, recognition schemes).
