HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

Job Purpose:

The HR Executive will support the HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations and providing support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, including offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Handle onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and payroll records in coordination with the accounts/finance team.
  • Support visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID applications in coordination with the PRO.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports related to employee headcount, leave, and other HR metrics.
  • Assist in performance management activities, including appraisals and probation evaluations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and related regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, office-based role.
  • May require occasional travel to government offices for HR/PRO-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
