Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to recommend improvements.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting goals, conducting reviews, and developing employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.

4. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and internal policies.
  • Update and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and grievance processes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and compensation reviews.
  • Benchmark salaries and recommend adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.

6. HR Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
  • Generate regular HR metrics and reports for management decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
