HR Manager (JAFZA Experience Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function within our Dubai-based organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, proven experience in HR leadership, and the ability to foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, training & development, work visas, insurance, and HR policy development. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives to support organizational growth and success.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Manage employee exit processes professionally and efficiently.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of UAE labor laws and ensure full compliance.
  • Handle employee relations matters, conflicts, and grievances with discretion and professionalism.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Lead the performance appraisal process and implement talent management frameworks.
  • Identify skill gaps and design training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employee concerns and welfare.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Manage work visa processing, PRO activities, and employee insurance.
  • Supervise the Admin department and ensure smooth operational support.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, analytics, and insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role in the UAE.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
