HR Manager | Morning Shift

Job Summary:

The Group HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Human Resource operations for Group of Companies within the organizations portfolio. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and systems that align with each companys goals while maintaining consistency and compliance across the group. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized HR professional with strong leadership, communication, and remote management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management

• Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and best practices across all companies.
• Align HR strategies with the overall business goals of each organization.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and workforce planning strategies.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for all companies.
• Design and execute virtual onboarding and orientation programs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition.

Employee Relations & Performance

• Build a strong employee relations framework across diverse teams.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
• Design and monitor performance management systems and KPIs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee payroll, salary structure, and benefits administration across all entities.
• Ensure fair and compliant compensation practices.
• Coordinate annual performance appraisals and bonus programs.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and design professional development programs.
• Implement online learning platforms and career progression frameworks.

Compliance & HR Operations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all regions.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee databases, and HRIS systems.Generate HR analytics and reports for management decision making.

Other Details:

Experience: 7+ years experience in HR in Real Estate firm.
Location: Karachi
Salary: Market Competitive
Benefits: Medical - PF - Gratuity - Yearly Bonus - Leaves etc.
Timings: 10 am to 8pm - Mon to Saturday.
