HR Manager - Pakistan TECH Recruiter

Our client is a growing Saudi-based startup with operations in Lahore, focused on building high-performing teams in a dynamic software development environment.

Job Overview

We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Manager who will also oversee administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Oversee performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration


Administration:

  • Oversee office administration and facility management
  • Manage vendor relations and office supplies
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment


Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and at least one year in HR & Administration
  • Prior experience in a software house is highly preferred
  • Professional English communication skills (spoken & written) are mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Candidates residing in Wapda Town or nearby areas will be preferred


Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000
  • Provident Fund
  • Daily Lunch
