Job Overview
We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Manager who will also oversee administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:

Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Oversee performance management processes
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration
Administration:
-
Oversee office administration and facility management
-
Manage vendor relations and office supplies
-
Ensure smooth daily office operations
-
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
-
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and at least one year in HR & Administration

Prior experience in a software house is highly preferred
-
Professional English communication skills (spoken & written) are mandatory

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Candidates residing in Wapda Town or nearby areas will be preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000
