Job Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager, who will support the HR Leadership in ensuring the effective delivery of strategic and operational HR services across the business. The role will cover, Performance Management, Annual Appraisals, Learning & Development, Reward Management and Employee Relations.
Job Responsibility

Develop and implement performance management processes to track and improve employee performance.

Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Manage employee rewards and recognition programs to ensure a competitive and fair compensation structure.

Collaborate with department managers to align performance goals with overall organizational objectives.

Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience in performance management, learning and development, and reward programs.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
