About Us

P’SQUARE Interiors is a leading home furnishing and furniture company. We are looking for a strong HR professional who can manage people, drive performance, and work closely with Management.

Role Priority

• Create and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
• Track department and employee performance
• Handle timekeeping, attendance, and discipline
• Work closely with Management on people performance and productivity

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and systems
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Set KPIs/KRAs and conduct regular performance reviews
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and work discipline
• Plan and conduct training and motivation programs
• Ensure labor law and statutory compliance
• Share regular performance and workforce reports with Management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR
• Strong skills in performance management and training
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Experience working closely with Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR or related field
• HR certification
• Experience with HR software / ERP

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
