We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions, Retail & Distribution and ensuring compliance with pharma-specific HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and labor laws
  • Oversee employee engagement, training & development, and performance management
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues professionally and legally
  • Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements
  • Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and change management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 to 15 years of HR experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of pharma compliance, policies, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Retail & Distribution as a Pharma HR
