Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals of the retail operations.
  • Manage recruitment and staffing for retail stores and head office, ensuring timely hiring of frontline and back-office staff.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.
  • Administer benefits and compensation structures ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor PMS and support line managers in conducting appraisals.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations across retail stores.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (minimum).
  • 3-4 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies.
  • Experience in strategic HR planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore.

Timings: 10am - 7pm
