HR Manager(FEMALE)

key responsabilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Develop and update job descriptions and specification
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll, etc.) in compliance with labor laws
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Manage employee engagement activities and event
• Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
