Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Officer to oversee and execute human resource functions at our RDMC Nokkundi campus. The role involves supporting the Central HR department by implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and managing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, knowledge of labor laws, and experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities: Implement HR policies, procedures, and systems at the institute level; manage recruitment processes from job postings to final selection; develop and execute onboarding programs for new hires; assist in training and development initiatives; support performance appraisal processes; handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters; maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements; review working conditions to ensure alignment with labor laws.
