Job Description: HR OfficerPosition Overview

The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the daily human resource operations of the organization. This role involves dealing primarily with office workers, ensuring efficient management of shift schedules, addressing employee concerns, and supporting the overall HR functions to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

· Handle workforce management, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

· Maintain and update employee shift schedules and ensure proper rotation of duties.

· Address and resolve employee concerns through effective communication and problem-solving.

· Coordinate and facilitate the daily deployment of staff to designated sites

· Coordinate with department heads and supervisors to ensure staffing needs are met.

· Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation accurately.

· Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.

· Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.

· Handle employee grievances in a fair and professional manner.

· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

· Assist in payroll coordination and verification of attendance data.

· Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably handling workforce.

· Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

· Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges effectively.

· Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
