Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EOBI and PESSI registrations, contributions, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Admin for new branch EOBI/PESSI portal activations.
  • Maintain and update employee records including joinings, resignations, and transfers.
  • Support payroll by ensuring accurate employee and attendance data.
  • Address employee queries related to EOBI, PESSI, and documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters and maintain employee files.
  • Generate monthly compliance and employee reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • 0–1 years of experience in EOBI/PESSI and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and Excel skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
