HR Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and punctual HR Officer (Training) to join our Human Resources team in Lahore. This role starts with a 6-month probation/training period, offering hands-on exposure to core HR functions. Based on performance, the position will be revised to HR Assistant with a salary increase.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate training sessions and internal HR activities
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement and HR projects
  • Use MS Office and HR tools to maintain accurate data and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Punctual, responsible, and committed to work
  • Willingness to learn and grow in HR
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
