Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to manage the complete employee lifecycle within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, compliance with UAE labor laws (MOHRE), employee relations, and exit management. This role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Source and recruit suitable candidates for open positions (technical, supervisory, and administrative roles).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with management.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Manage job postings on recruitment platforms and social media.

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Handle complete onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Coordinate visa processing, medical, Emirates ID, and labor card formalities.
  • Ensure proper induction and orientation of new employees.
  • Coordinate with operations/admin to arrange site access, uniforms, tools, accommodation, etc.

3. Employee Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain systematic records of:
  • Passports
  • Visa copies
  • Emirates IDs
  • Labor contracts
  • Insurance
  • Educational & trade certificates
  • Track document expiry dates (visa, EID, labor card, insurance, etc.).
  • Ensure timely renewals in coordination with PRO/admin.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.

4. Employee Relations

  • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Address and resolve workplace issues in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Support management in maintaining a positive work environment.

5. Exit Management

  • Handle employee resignation and termination procedures.
  • Prepare final settlements in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Calculate gratuity as per MOHRE regulations.
  • Coordinate cancellation of visa and labor card.
  • Conduct exit interviews and complete clearance procedures with relevant departments.

6. Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate with finance for payroll-related matters and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with operations and supervisors for manpower planning.
  • Maintain updated employee records and HR reports.
  • Assist management with workforce planning and policy implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
  • Experience handling visa processes and employee documentation.
  • Experience calculating gratuity and final settlements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in construction, HVAC, or technical services industry.
  • Experience managing blue-collar workforce.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
