HR Officer

We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Officer to manage daily staff transportation and create efficient duty schedules for doctors and nurses. This role ensures smooth workforce movement and reliable clinical staffing across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily staff transportation, including route planning, shift‑based pick‑ups/drop‑offs, and vendor/driver communication.
  • Maintain and update transport rosters, monitor vehicle availability, and resolve issues such as delays or breakdowns.
  • Prepare and manage duty schedules for doctors and nurses, ensuring full shift coverage and compliance with staffing requirements.
  • Process shift swaps, leave requests, and last‑minute schedule changes while maintaining accurate records.
  • Track attendance and punctuality for medical staff and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Support HR operations by maintaining updated employee transport and scheduling data.
  • Communicate schedule updates and transport changes promptly to relevant departments.
  • Ensure transportation and scheduling processes follow safety standards and HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in scheduling, HR coordination, or logistics (healthcare experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time‑sensitive tasks, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
